Unsatisfied with Sendinblue

I was really disappointed with Sendinblue's customer service. Their email delivery rate was also not up to the mark. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not happy with Sendinblue

I recently signed up for Sendinblue, but overall I'm not impressed with the service. The interface is really clunky and hard to use, and the customer service is not very helpful. I've been trying to figure out how to set up a drip campaign, but it's been difficult to find any information on it. I also find the pricing to be quite expensive compared to other services. I'm not sure if I'll be continuing my subscription after this month.

Not user-friendly experience

Not Impressed with Sendinblue

I recently tried out Sendinblue for my email marketing needs. The user interface was not intuitive and I found it difficult to navigate. The support team was very slow to respond and when they did, their answers were not helpful. The automation feature was also limited and I had to do a lot of manual work. I was not impressed and would not recommend this platform. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5.
