It’s a no-frills, basic & skeletal platform with a photo-negative appearance. Personally, it looks dull, however, let’s focus on its content. The first thing you’ll notice when loading this site is its comparatively quicker access & navigation time (compared to rivals). However, presumably owing to the relative simplicity & elementary structure, this would be a given anyway. Secondly, its main focus is centered on email. Be it marketing or merely the creation of an account, this platform has all relevant links in one convenient place. Nonetheless, as that’s really about it, overall Elastic Email appears no more than a few search engine results compiled together. It doesn’t present anything new that the average consumer wouldn’t already know about.
Unfortunately, their emails often get caught up in spam filters which are counterintuitive really, as are the misleading data analytics which is described as (artificially) inflated. Unsatisfactory Experience with Elastic Email
I recently tried Elastic Email for sending out bulk emails, but it was a very unsatisfactory experience. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, and the features are limited compared to other email marketing services. The customer service was also unhelpful and slow to respond. I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been using Elastic Email for a while now and I have to say that it's one of the best email services I've ever used. It's incredibly easy to use and set up, and the customer service is top-notch.
