Not the Best Choice
I recently tried BulkResponse for my email marketing needs and I was disappointed. The interface was confusing and the customer service was unhelpful. The reporting feature was also not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The only positive was that it was relatively inexpensive. In the end, I wouldn't recommend BulkResponse.
