Unfortunately, their monotonous interface & email design does limit what one can achieve by using MPZMail. Furthermore, their support is sluggish & somewhat inaccessible, whilst limited template categories do create a dull-themed customer experience. Finally, the engagement reporting isn’t very intuitive, so one still remains oblivious as to what is required to improve their workflows. Overall then, in spite of their good features, the practical functionality lets them down. Hence, MPZMail doesn’t seem worth the bother in all honesty.

Disappointing Email Service
I recently signed up for MPZMail and I'm extremely disappointed. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive. It's difficult to find my way around the app. The email search function is incredibly slow, often taking minutes to find a single email. The customer service is also quite poor. I've emailed them several times with questions and have never received a response. I would not recommend MPZMail to anyone.
