With the positive also comes some negative aspects. Apparently, according to user reports, the mobile-designed apps are virtually inoperable. This is unfortunately compounded by a similar issue with service: frequent downtime, dysfunctional coded AI algorithms & inaccurate analysis report data. Finally, customer support is rated negatively in a surprising significant proportion of cases involving troubled users.

Therefore, Freshworks CRM has tried to revolutionise the conventional approach to AI-based chatbot services. Whilst they do succeed so much that the product has many featured capabilities, it becomes self-limiting with poor practical delivery of such services. This appears to dominate the good points by a measurable extent. Should these be resolved, this package can certainly reach heights in terms of offering powerful tools to drive a business.
