• Zoho’s technical support doesn’t appear to be fully acquainted with its own interface!
• Further user environment-based development & testing is required to alleviate these problems, assuring future ergonomic stability.

Well, Zoho workforce management software seems to mimic a high-end luxury product. It capitalises on salient features by boosting these with practical ideas, which is great. Its shortcomings arise from the lack of or disconnect in functionality to actually implement or deliver upon these features. The result? A somewhat underwhelming performance, especially in certain domains. It’s almost like the matter is there – however it fails to deliver!
