Helped our company get Live Chat organized properly on our e-commerce site.

Ease of setting up invitations, canned messages, email/chat routing rules, etc.

Cons

There really are no serious cons, if it was self updating that would be plus but it\'s far from a deal breaker.

Not the best customer service

I recently tried out Bold360 and was not impressed. The customer service was unhelpful and lacked the expertise I was seeking. The chatbot feature was unreliable and often gave incorrect answers. I found that the customer service reps were not knowledgeable enough to provide a satisfactory response. The interface was also slow and unintuitive. Overall, I was not satisfied with the customer service experience provided by Bold360.

Not a great experience with Bold360
