Not Impressed with BigRock
I've been using BigRock for a few months now and I'm not impressed. The customer service is terrible; the reps are unhelpful and often don't know the answers to my questions. Additionally, the prices seem to be much higher than other hosting services. I'm definitely looking for a new provider.

BigRock - Not Worth the Money
I recently used BigRock to purchase a domain name and I have to say I'm not impressed. The prices are too high and the customer service is terrible. The process was slow and confusing. I wouldn't recommend it.
