• Poor customer service in case of any issues
• Technical dysfunction with attachments & integrations

So there you have it. A potentially powerful solution for all your HR needs that ticks all the boxes: in theory. Practically, however, it does suffer from perhaps some underdeveloped functionality which needs addressing. If you’re one who’s not reliant on mobile devices, doesn’t mind a few bugs here & there, then perhaps this is for you. Just don’t expect a timely response from their support though!
