Zoho People is an excellent HR solution for small and medium businesses. It's easy to set up and use and provides great insights into employee data. The reporting and analytics tools are very powerful and user friendly. I especially like the automated onboarding and offboarding process. Disappointing Experience with Zoho People
I recently used Zoho People for managing my team and was very disappointed. The UI was clunky and hard to use. The customer service was unhelpful and slow. I wouldn't recommend this product.
