The thing is that some users report unexpected results when executing certain tasks or functions. Furthermore, there are limited options available when choosing templates. The interface is OK at best & well, it’s all just somewhat underwhelming. Overall though, Edraw is still an average mind mapping software which is able to usually deliver replicable results.

Not Impressed by MindMaster
I was disappointed by MindMaster. It's interface was clunky and difficult to use. I had trouble understanding the features, and found it difficult to create the diagrams I wanted. The customer service was also not very helpful.

Disappointing MindMaster Experience
I recently tried MindMaster and I was quite disappointed. The user interface was outdated and difficult to navigate. The features were limited and the customer service was unhelpful. I was expecting more from such an expensive program. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

Not Impressed with MindMaster
I recently tried out MindMaster and I'm not impressed. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive. I found myself wasting time trying to figure out how to use the various tools. The collaboration feature is also not well-implemented. It was difficult to keep track of who was working on what. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone.

Disappointing MindMaster Experience
I recently purchased MindMaster and was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to use. The features are limited, and the ones that are available don't work as expected. The customer support is almost non-existent, and I have yet to receive a response to my queries. Overall, I wouldn't recommend MindMaster to anyone. Save your money and find a better product.
