In at least one instance, certain pledged features didn’t materialise, the onboarding was disorganised & overall, an expensive investment yielding no returns. Furthermore, a lack of integrations, skeletal reports & erratic functionality with aspects such as segmentation (which appears to be overlooked despite feedback) become the nail in the coffin. Whilst Iterable is theoretically a decent setup, the mediocre average rating says it all.

Disappointing Experience with Iterable
I recently tried out Iterable and I'm very disappointed. The user interface is quite confusing and it's difficult to find the features I need. The customer service is also not very helpful and they don't seem to understand my queries. I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the platform properly. The pricing is also quite expensive and I don't think it's worth the money. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Iterable.
