Insent Overview

As the name suggests (although perhaps intentionally mis-spelt), Insent is an excellent chatbot platform to pursue leads & draw conversions. Let’s take a look at some of the neat features that they have to offer:

• Qualifying leads according to their prospective interest & filtering them by prioritising them as per ‘warmth’. This engages customers with sales reps or target accounts.
• Receive real time buyer alerts to be able to take over & capitalise upon the opportunity by directly corresponding with them.
• Be assisted with intelligence drawn from CRM data & metrics when commencing a conversation with potential customers
• Marketing integrations to symbiotically upscale existing campaigns, such as PPC

This is all wonderful, however let’s balance this out with the drawbacks to have an overall view here. The absence of any mobile app to transfer these smart features to the dominant smartphone & tablet arena is disappointing. This is compounded by the apparent presence of a few system bugs, leading to discontinuity in technical operation at times. Furthermore, while they do specify integrations, these are limited to only being compatible with limited & selected apps. This is somewhat pointless or monopolising.

Hence, although Insent has a beasty sales focus which appears to theoretically be a potent driver for revenue, it lacks in one major basic domain. This is the mobile app area, paradoxically rendering a brilliant as well as intelligible idea almost unusable. Moreover, the inherent technical glitches within the system don’t help much either. One may be better off seeking a more balanced package which is designed at driving sales in a device agnostic manner. An ideal platform will also not suffer from stability or operational issues. Consider wisely!
