Drift appeals to the audiovisual senses. For those who prefer solely reading & writing, they offer chatbots, as well as email: nothing unheard of there. However, where they really appear to excel in the video & automation elements. This has truly entered the field of virtual reality. Exciting!
Applying artificial intelligence in an artistic manner to design a bespoke & niche chat response system is their innovation. This approach not only saves time & boosts efficiency, however, caters to a truly immersive round-the-clock service for clients. It\’s brilliant & opens many opportunities for continuous marketing. Such practices can boost revenue & drive business.

Now, browsing through their website is interesting. It yields a mixed response. Whilst the aforementioned is excellent in terms of product quality, their presentation of suchlike is unfortunately not en par.
The site interface tends to be somewhat sluggish in response to accessing links. Advertising their own products is often met with an annoying chatbox every time you express an interest in something. Their main strength is the content included & some material in their resources section.
Hence, overall, a mixed bag of things here. Drift appears to enthusiastically promote their unique product framework, decorated with jovial language. However, the implementation to showcase this is a little disappointing & underwhelming, candidly speaking. Nevertheless, they show promising potential in what is the future of online business marketing.

Drift is an all-in-one platform
I have a side-hustle consultancy, and needed a way for my website visitors to get in touch. This was a really simple, free solution.
Pro
Really simple setup, haven\'t had to touch a thing since implementing it.
Cons
Having to switch between the app and the browser for different functionality - either have it all in app or dont.

Highly Impressed with Drift
I recently started using Drift and I'm highly impressed with its features. It's easy to use, highly intuitive and the customer service is great. The user interface is very user friendly and I love that it's available on multiple platforms. I would highly recommend Drift to anyone looking for a great communication tool.

Disappointing Experience
I recently tried Drift and was disappointed with the results. The interface was clunky and hard to navigate, and I felt like I was struggling to get the most out of the product. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and slow, and I didn't have a great experience overall. I wouldn't recommend Drift to anyone.
