The issues are surprising though. Firstly, UK2 isn’t cloud based, hence any backup or retrieval (not to mention load speeds) would be questionable. Secondly, there’s no uptime SLA, so its dependability is also dubious. Ironically, phone support isn’t inclusive in the plans & the server network locations appear vague to say the least. Overall then, I’d definitely not recommend UK2 for any hosting needs merely because it lacks the basic infrastructure required to safeguard the continuity as well as performance of your site. Disappointing really, especially in this day & age, where this is all now considered plus expected as standard.

Terrible Experience with UK2
I had a terrible experience with UK2. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. The hosting was unreliable with frequent downtimes. The pricing was also very expensive. I would not recommend UK2.
