Trello Overview
Trello is an organiser app utilising the Kanban-style framework to share & modify tasks with team members in real-time. The unique beauty of this neat package is that it doesn’t just cater to your official project management – oh no: much more than that! It can act as your personal diary on a daily basis or even a career cum life map to gauge your progress along the way.
Still, why choose Trello, when there are so many other rivals to choose from? Well, for one, they make organising your schedule much more interesting, fruitful & incentivise progress. Confused? Let me explain…
• Flexible hosting of just about any conglomeration of teams to ensure a synchronised as well as a productive process
• Just need a peek preview but without the inundation of all the unwanted details? Well, be my guest. With glance view protocol, this is made possible. Be it upcoming or pending deadlines, added updates: now you’re in the loop!
• Their ‘automated butler’ (yes sounds very aristocratic, doesn’t it?) does away with the mundane clerical & admin tasks of setting up appointments and so on. Now, using the integrated AI, let the butler detect the relevant data, analyse, process & implement the appropriate action accordingly. Commands for date changes & rule-based triggers do it all for you. How helpful
• To conclude this fairy tale, Trello collaborates all its features on a single platform which is seamlessly available across all devices live. The result? Using their productivity platform & team playbook, all resources are available in one place. No more time wasted in searching for information now!
Oh, wait, just hang on before you think of investing in this package. It may appear great at the outset, however, there’s more to this than meets the eye, as we’ll now see (no pun intended):
• Task organisation appears to be restricted to only one project: somewhat hindering!
• Email integration capabilities also appear to be limited, as does the volume of labels
• A lack of freeform tags
• Tedious to work on various tasks in the interface (including editing & modifying)
• Keyboard support is again…yes, you’ve guessed it right: limited! Usage of shortcuts for instance is a no go
In all then, what started off as a promising prospect suddenly stumbles upon its own deficiencies. These all appear to follow the same theme: namely limitations. Why would users want a software which restricts them unnecessarily? Unless the aforementioned issues don’t bother you, I’d recommend staying away & look elsewhere.

One of the most user-friendly project management solution
I like Trello\'s simplicity and easy-to-use interface. It has all the components required to manage tasks between team members.
Pro
Which the help of Trello I can manage all my projects and complete them on time. I also like the free creation of boards and that my co-workers can participate in the development of my projects.
Cons
Trello has limited storage. I think the pricing is a bit complicated and overrated.
