Multi-user accounts allow access control to ensure that teams can work both efficiently as well as safely. Responsive surveys augment data collation & create interactive conversations with customers. Live reports including CTR stats to name but a few, A/B split testing to gauge the effect of variable metrics, social media integrations, opt-in forms, SMS & transactional specific messages for eCommerce all contribute to marketing harmony.
The functionality is outdated & confusing at times with simple features such as ascending order filters being absent. The data analytics are somewhat inaccessible in terms of navigation & intelligence. The limited exportability, elementary operability & gaps in reporting does devalue Mailigen’s data handling capabilities. Compared to other rivals, this package does fall behind in these domains. For these important reasons, I can’t really recommend Mailigen to anyone, albeit hosting many other useful features.

Mailigen Not Worth the Money
I recently tried Mailigen for my business and I was really disappointed. The user interface is clunky and difficult to navigate. Even after spending time going through the tutorials, I still had difficulty setting up my campaigns. The customer service was also not helpful. I found the features to be limited and not very useful. The pricing was also quite expensive. I would not recommend Mailigen to anyone.
