Per-seat prices have not moved in nearly four years, which is rare. But in March 2026 the Business tier silently lost unlimited automations and web forms at the same price, and OnePageCRM has never said whether existing subscribers were grandfathered.

What we found

OnePageCRM does one thing deliberately: every contact carries a next action, and the product is built to stop you leaving that blank. If that matches how your team sells, the simplicity is the feature rather than a limitation, and the price has been genuinely stable — $9.95 a seat on annual billing since at least early 2023, with no paid add-ons layered on top. Two things temper that. On 5 March 2026, the day the new Max tier launched, the Business plan quietly went from unlimited automations and web forms to 30 and 20, at the same price, and the vendor has published nothing about whether existing subscribers kept the old limits. And the "unlimited contacts" claim sits awkwardly against the API documentation, which provides special endpoints precisely because ordinary paging cannot reach past the 10,000th contact.

What works

5
  • $9.95/user/mo annual, unchanged since at least early 2023
  • No paid add-ons — web forms, lead clipper and quick quotes included
  • Unlimited custom fields on every paid tier
  • Native iOS and Android apps actively shipped
  • Cancellable in-app at any time, no long-term contract

What doesn’t

6
  • Business tier lost unlimited Autoflows (now 30) and web forms (now 20) in March 2026
  • No grandfathering statement for existing Business subscribers
  • Marketing says unlimited contacts, but the API cannot page past 10,000
  • Emails and attachments stored in the CRM cannot be exported
  • Integrations are the most-cited complaint — no HubSpot, Slack, Teams or Salesforce
  • Status page publishes no incident history at all

What OnePageCRM says

Supplied by OnePageCRM and published as provided. Our independent assessment is above.

OnePageCRM is an action-focused CRM that assists small and medium-sized business sales teams in following up with leads by completing sales actions. The app is based on the Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity principle and features a one-of-a-kind Next Action sales method. It works like this: when you finish a sales action (say, sending an email or forwarding a quote), the system prompts you to start the next one.

This way, a contact remains in the sales cycle until it is completely closed, and nothing falls through the cracks. OnePageCRM keeps the product agile, effective, and efficient by performing a variety of functions ranging from contact management to sales reporting, ensuring that leads and prospects are constantly moved through the sales process for maximum efficiency.

Key Benefits of Using OnePageCRM

Next steps in sales focus

OnePageCRM is primarily concerned with sales activity. The system prompts users to create ‘Next Actions’ for each prospect or customer, determining the best next step to move them closer to a sale. The actions are then prioritized and organized into a color-coded Action Stream list, giving users a clear action plan for the day.

One-click lead capture

With the OnePageCRM Lead Clipper, you can capture leads from any web page, social media channel, or even email in just one click. When leads are captured, they are automatically added to the CRM as contacts, with a Next Action for timely follow-up.

Sales email hub

All sales communication is consolidated into a single email tab. Only sales emails are logged in OnePageCRM due to smart AI recognition, allowing you to stay laser-focused. Send personalized emails in bulk, use custom email templates, track email opens, import email history, and much more with the powerful full email sync and integration.

Simple to-do list

OnePageCRM takes a simple to-do list approach to CRM, with the goal of creating a system that helps users sell more! Action Streams become a to-do list on a daily basis, with contacts arranged in order of priority. When a customer action is marked as complete, it moves down the stream, creating a dynamic cycle in which no customer falls through the cracks.

CRM systems are notoriously difficult to learn and adapt to. What we like about OnePageCRM is that you can get started in minutes.

Indeed, we ranked OnePage CRM as one of the best CRMs for Mac, particularly for beginners.

What it really costs

Professional$9.95/user/mo annual · $15 monthly1 pipeline, 5 web forms, 15 Autoflows, 10 GB/user
Business$19.95/user/mo annual · $29 monthly10 pipelines, 20 web forms, 30 Autoflows, email tracking
Max$29.95/user/mo annual · $45 monthlyUnlimited pipelines and web forms, email sequences, 2 mailboxes
Free trial21 days, no cardNo permanent free plan

The headline $9.95 is the annual-billed rate; month-to-month it is $15. The page loads with annual pre-selected, which is why several directories reprint $9.95 as a monthly price.

Prices themselves have not risen in roughly three and a half years — unusual in this category. What changed instead is what the money buys. When the Max tier launched on 5 March 2026, Business dropped from unlimited Autoflows and web forms to 30 and 20, and email history gained a two-year ceiling, all at the same price. The vendor has published no statement on whether existing Business subscribers were grandfathered, which is the single most consequential open question for anyone already paying.

There are no paid add-ons, which is genuinely rare, and the plan is cancellable in-app at any time. Note the terms allow a price change on 30 days notice, and that notice may be given simply by posting it to the website.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does OnePageCRM cost?

Professional is $9.95 per user per month billed annually, or $15 month-to-month; Business is $19.95 or $29; Max is $29.95 or $45. There is no free plan, but there is a 21-day trial with no card required, and there are no paid add-ons.

Did OnePageCRM reduce what the Business plan includes?

Yes. Its own plan-limits help article, dated 5 March 2026, is the first version showing Business capped at 30 Autoflows and 20 web forms. Earlier versions of the same article and the public pricing page both described those as unlimited. The price did not change. OnePageCRM has not published anything about whether existing subscribers kept the old limits.

Does OnePageCRM really support unlimited contacts?

The pricing page says unlimited contacts on every tier. The developer documentation is more precise: ordinary API pagination cannot reach past the 10,000th contact, and two dedicated endpoints exist specifically to retrieve contacts beyond it. Several reviewers separately report search slowing past a few thousand records.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Partly. Contacts export to CSV or Excel, including notes and calls on the wider export option. But the help centre states plainly that emails and attachments stored in the CRM cannot be exported. Plan for that if your team logs correspondence there.

How reliable is OnePageCRM?

Unknown from public sources, and that is the honest answer. The status page is a live health check only — it publishes no incident history, no timeline and no uptime figure, and no third-party incident record exists. The marketing claim of over 99.9% uptime is disclaimed in the terms, so there is no SLA behind it.

What do users complain about most?

Missing integrations, by a clear margin — roughly one in seven negative comments, with Outlook depth, two-way Google Contacts sync and QuickBooks recurring across years. The marketplace lists 58 apps and includes no HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Salesforce or Stripe. Shallow reporting and weak search are the next two themes, and both appear in reviews from 2017 through 2026.
