• Incentivise performance by offering rewards directly linked to and gauged upon reliable activity data. Share feedback, set appraisals, perform audits & reviews.
• Monitor employee performance live and offer suitable training & growth opportunities accordingly. This along with the aforesaid incentives promotes retention.
• Take advantage of automated workflows to select the best talent out there and curate a bespoke workforce, in terms of knowledge, skills & experience. With an integrated dynamic career portal, social media output & onboarding/registration, never miss or make an error again!

So clearly, there’s a lot to digest here in terms of good points; however, what about the other aspect of Ascentis?

• The practical use of hiring tools here appears complex and irrational at times
• Generally, it lacks basic ergonomics such as expandable windows or a zoom feature to make certain details on-screen easier to read. Have we reentered the 80s again?!
• Lack of customer & technical support for users from Ascentis’s side: often reported to take several weeks after posting multiple reminders to resolve an issue. Not good.
• Remote desktop users will be faced with the hassle of storage limitations impeding their attachment uploads…and then needing to figure out what went missing. Unimpressed.

In conclusion, then, Ascentis being tenured in this industry & offering many innovative options does stand tall with its concepts. Sadly, more often than not, that is also where it remains: at the design stage. The implementation of these features is fidgety, to say the least, and further user integrated development, feedback, and patching are required. Then only perhaps Ascentis will fulfill its legacy in full.
