Disappointed with Raven Tools
I was really looking forward to using Raven Tools, but it has been a huge disappointment. The interface is clunky and unintuitive. It takes a long time to find the features I need. The reporting feature is also very limited. I have had to resort to manual data entry which is time consuming. The customer service is also poor. I contacted them about an issue I was having and received no response. Overall, I am very disappointed with Raven Tools and wouldn't recommend it.
