I know, that was perhaps unexpected of me to say but think about it: with a potentially lower subscriber strength, we are oblivious to its flaws. After all, good old user testing yields feedback & further development. Engagely.ai is still in its infancy, just a year into the market. Ironically, on this anti-climax, that’s where I’ll also have to end there.
