## About
Kira-AI replaces first-round phone screens with AI voice interviews (audio only, no camera). Paste a job description and Kira-AI drafts the questions and what to listen for; share one link anywhere. Candidates talk to the AI interviewer on their own time and can interrupt or skip questions. Every finished interview arrives as a scorecard with the full transcript and recording, each score quoting the candidate's own words; when the evidence is thin, Kira-AI gives no score. Built for high-volume hiring: customer support, call centers, warehouse and logistics, staffing agencies.
